Unsealed and not fully filled container
My product just arrived and I am excited about using it for the first time. I'm a little disappointed that the container was not full and sealed, although it was bubble wrapped.

I used this before my regular gel (after a leave-in), and while it *definitely* helped with curl formation, the overall result made my hair feel a little sticky & matted (particularly closer to the roots).
I’ve read that a little goes a long way, and since I have very fine, “low-density” hair I’m always cautious not to use tooooo much of anything, buuuuuut: I’m just not crazy about how my hair feels (it seems a little stuck to my scalp).
I may try it again if I refresh, but I suspect my hair type prefers to avoid waxes and most butters as much as possible.
It did smell lovely, I can tell the jar will last ages and ages, I’ll keep working with it, for now.
