  • Completely lightweight and hydrating to the skin, the "un" cover-up will reveal more youthful and radiant skin while minimizing the appearance of pores and rejuvenating the skin. For overly dehydrated skin, minimally apply lip&skin balm first. For a matte look or for very oily skin types, set with "un" powder or tinted “un” powder.
  • Apply sparingly over the T-zone area, or wherever any extra coverage is desired. Blend with the skin2skin foundation brush or using your fingers. "Un" cover-up shades will self-adjust to your skin tone if they are not an exact match due to the mineral pigments used.

Directions

Apply sparingly with fingers over the T-zone area or wherever any extra coverage is desired. We prefer skin-to-skin application for better blending, but you can also use a foundation brush (synthetic preferably as it will blend better).     RMS is a great company and has a great product! They are very customer service oriented and I appreciate their quick response to a problem I had that was not their fault. They were very gracious and quickly replaced my item which I appreciate very much. I've been searching for makeup that is good for the skin, and I do believe I have found the right one. I am in my 70's and live in Florida so I don't like to wear much makeup and especially not heavy makeup. This "Un" cover-up-22 works really well with my light complexion. I followed what some other reviewers said about using this not just for coverup, but for my main foundation. The summer weather in Florida keeps this cream at a consistency that's easy to apply. I'm finding in the colder winter, the cream gets a little hard so you have to warm it more by stirring your fingers around inside it. I've been using hemp seed oil, or argan oil for my moisturizer for now. After I let the moisturizer soak in, then I apply the "Un"Cover-Up. After that, I use the Lip2Cheek Smile or Lip2Cheek Beloved for my cheeks, which I love as well. These little jars are small and look to be a lot for the price. But as others have said, you need such a small amount, the product will last probably most of the year, at least the way I use makeup. I went on the RMS website, which has some tutorials on how to apply the different products. That was very helpful for me. All in all I'm very satisfied with the product, the colors I chose, the coverage on my face and the RMS company. I will keep trying out more of their products. They have won me over.

    I heard great things about this is in the green beauty community. I decided to ditch all the chemical filled mainstream beauty products. I have dry skin, with a few blemishes here or there. I like that this has coconut oil in it and it is a really clean face product. But however it didn't last through out the day. About 4 hours into my day, it vanished. It's very sheer and did even my skin tone out. The color 22 matches my skin perfectly, but I wanted something with a little more coverage. I will be returning this product.

    When I first saw this I loved the idea of a natural concealer. The ingrediants were just perfect. But when I recieved my package I was very disappointed. This provided me with no coverage whats so ever. It's as if it wasn't even there. I've tried layering it a few times and still no luck. Now it's just sitting in my drawr, untouched.

    This is my favorite foundation/concealer. I love that it's natural and I like it's coverage. At times I do need to re-apply, whether I've gotten to warm and sweat it off or accidentally wiped it off a bit, but I'm okay with that. If I wanted something full of chemicals that will stick to my face all day like paint on a wall, then I'd buy those products. But for me that isn't the priority. RMS uses non-toxic ingredients and that is important to me. It also doesn't feel heavy or like I have shellacked something on my face. I've been buying it for years and I love it!

    I bought this concealer this past summer and have been using it now strictly for my eye area (lid and under-eye). Shade 22 is quite pale but matches my medium skin tone and yellow undertones (I haven't tried the other shades).

    The pros are that it never looks cake-y even when set with powder (I use Maybelline's Dream Matte), and thus, it looks incredibly natural, and it's moisturizing for my dry under-eye circles and fine lines for the colder months.

    With that said, there are many cons to this concealer:
    1) I initially used it just for my purple-colored under-eye circles, and it works better as a highlighter than a concealer. While it does cover up some of the color, my circles still show up from underneath,
    2) when I started to use it on my scars and active breakouts, I noticed that my breakouts were getting worse or took longer to go away than when I used my all-around concealer, Maybelline's Dark Circle Eraser. I would attest it to three things: 1) The coconut oil in this concealer as coconut oil is one of the highly comedogenic oils out there, or perhaps there's an ingredient the rest of my face doesn't like, 2) because it comes in pot form, I'm constantly dipping into it with a brush (I used the ELF lip brush) and applying it to my skin which creates bacteria and growth, and 3) the concealer is heavy/thick. I sanitize the product by spraying it with a rubbing or isopropyl alcohol and letting it air-dry, and I do deep clean my brush after every use,
    3) it takes a lot of layering to cover up spots, including my eye circles,
    4) this concealer definitely has an oily feel to it and that does transfer to how it looks on your skin but can easily be removed with powder, and
    5) it also can be quite heavy for the summer months as I purchased it then, and wherever it was on my face it had melted off even when set with powder.

    Despite its incredible natural look when applied to the skin, I wouldn't repurchase the product, even if I never had any scars or breakouts to conceal. The steep price tag for a concealer that only works well for my under-eye circles in the colder months is not practical or logical to me. It's perfect for the cold as it stays put, but is the total opposite in warmer months because it melts off.
