    I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. Best gel to wear as it gives you a peace of mind.... See, I've gelled my hair at least 5 days a week my entire life (I'm 27 now.) Last year, I started getting a burning sensation in the front part of my scalp, and I attributed it to wearing a cap....
    Well LO AND BEHOLD, after switching from chemical gels (was using ICE gel at the time) to this natural one, the burning sensation went away! I suppose it was my cap PRESSING the "chemical" products into my scalp and not the cap itself doing the burning. Anyway, I'm grateful I found this.

    I have THICK STRAIGHT hair (like asian hair but prob thicker) and it holds it VERY well. It does flake kind of easily when rubbed, but it's a GOOD trade off. You can always quickly dampen your hairdo to dissolve any flakes, and of course, avoid playing with your gelled hair all together lol.

    It's smells good, doesn't harm your body, and doesn't pollute the environment. A+ product. I recommend!!

    I love Aubrey products and have been using them fur 20 years. I have shoulder length fine curly hair 2b. Haven’t been able to get the chia gel in months. So now I mix MGA scalp rescue styling gel with aubrey’s men’s stock gel and it works wonders! Moisturized (from MGA) and hold, shine, frizz control, and curl shape from Aubrey.

    I like he gel it just is a bit too thin and doesn't seem to hold that well. But, it's all organic and I do like that.

    I'd recommend if you're not looking for a super strong hold or a wet look.

    I wish I could get my money back :( This gel is okay when it comes to quality, but is horrible when it comes to its structure.
    The gel is so watery, that as long as you open the cap, without even pressing on the tube it, there is more than needed amount trying to find its way our of the tube. Because of this, it is not travel friendly and it is not a very easy to use. Maybe if they would have a used a jar design, it would work better. I am not satisfied with the product because every time I am about to use it, I worry how much of a mess am I going to make again. Too bad, because the gel itself holds the hair well and is pretty much natural. But the packaging simply sux.
    I will not buy this product again.

    I have been using this hair gel for over 5 years now. It's great for light/medium holds and it looks and feels very natural. No plastic wet look and it doesn't leave white residue..my hair is black so I would notice that if it did. I always wet my hands and use a nickel to quarter size amount and run it through then comb after. Will never use any other hair gel as long as they keep making this one!

    Update 2020: some how my last bottle “went bad” it just started to stink, not sure how or why or if I got a bad bottle, but I threw it away and moved on to another product. Andalou Mens canacell style balm.

    This is a good clean-feeling gel for light-to-medium hold. It isn't sticky or slimy and doesn't make short hair feel like a crusty brick :). I use it to brush my bangs back without having them look too severe, and control flyaways on the side of my head. It's not for someone who wants a harder spiky look and feel. I have tried 2 other vegan gels and came back to this one. Also has a light, pleasant smell. I received this product within a few days from the Amazon marketplace vendor and even with shipping, it was cheaper than buying it at a store in a fancy mall.

    Must have as far as natural hair gel is concerned. My main thing I was looking for was that it did not have any sulfates in the ingredients. Because of the biotin as well, it does make your hair grow quicker. I also started using this with the Aubrey Organics Mens Stock biotin shampoo and it has worked great. Only negative for me would be that I still have to use some sort of hair spray to get my hair to stay in place.
