Instructions Apply from your outer lash to your inner lash, sweeping brush slowly from root to tip. Do not let dry amongst coats. Sweep brush upwards from root to tip to plump person lashes and accomplish dramatic volume. Carry on creating lashes until finally you attain your desired seem. Repeat for reduced lash line. If you want the 2nd coat, just make sure to do it ahead of the 1st coat dries, otherwise you may get clumps. Do not let dry between coats.
